3M Scotch 23 is a premium-grade self-amalgamating (self-fusing) EPR rubber insulating tape designed for high-voltage electrical insulation and cable splicing applications.

This tape provides excellent electrical properties, moisture sealing, and conformability, making it ideal for insulating and protecting cables up to 69 kV. It fuses into a solid mass when applied, creating a void-free, waterproof insulation layer.

The tape is highly flexible and can be stretched during application to ensure tight wrapping over irregular surfaces, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding electrical environments.
