About 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy & Acrylic Adhesive DP 100 PLUS

3M Scotch-Weld DP 100 Plus is a high-performance, two-part epoxy adhesive designed to deliver strong, durable, and flexible bonding across a wide range of materials. This advanced structural adhesive consists of a resin and hardener system (1:1 mix ratio) that, when combined, cures to form a tough and resilient bond capable of withstanding mechanical stress, vibration, and impact.

The adhesive features a fast setting time with approximately 35 minutes of working life and achieves handling strength in about 20 minutes at room temperature, allowing for quick assembly and improved productivity. Once fully cured, it provides excellent shear strength, peel strength, and impact resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

3M DP100 Plus is known for its flexibility after curing, which makes it ideal for bonding dissimilar materials that may expand or contract under temperature changes. Its low viscosity and self-leveling properties ensure easy application, smooth finish, and uniform bonding. The adhesive cures clear, making it suitable for applications where appearance is important, such as decorative assemblies or transparent bonding.
